Overview
The scope of work at the existing warehouse involved make good to the existing building, dividing the building into 2 tenancies, fitting out the larger tenancy for bulk goods, building a compliant fire system to meet our clients requirements and rebuilding 3000m2 of existing driveway.
Key Challenges
The largest challenge facing us on this project was weather. During the project we had 18 days of persistant rain and the challenge of completing the civil work ensured the project would take an additional weeks than originally programmed.
