Overview
FM Projects were engaged as lump sum contractor delivery to complete a new fitout for the law firm Sneddon, Hall, and Gallop
The work included for minor demolition to existing building, reconfiguration of existing services and new offices on the first floor with break out area downstairs with 4 meeting rooms.
Key Challenges
A number key challengers were encountered on the project including working in a building which had other tenants, which required stringent programming and supervision with regard to noise, dust and materials handling, working within the existing building envelop, and a tight delivery frame as Sneddon, Hall, and Gallop had a drop dead date to leave their existing offices in the City
The project was delivered on time and budget.
