Overview
Pomegranate restaurant is located at 39 Giles st Kingston. The fitout included a new bar, upgrade of the kitchen, new storage room and coolroom, upgrade to a/c system and kitchen exhaust system as well as new toilets.
Key Challenges
Our client required the work to be carried out in a short period of time. The refurbishment was extensive and was required to be completed in 17 days. This required careful planning to ensure all tasks were completed as the restaurant was booked out everyday and our client could not afford any time extensions. The project was completed and handed over to our client in 17 DAYS to his amazement.
