Overview
The project involved the construction of 9 two storey townhouses with basement carparking. The average size of the townhouses was 120m2. They were all 3 bedroom with bathroom, ensuite to masterbedroom and one open living area.The main cladding on the building was stria cladding.
Key Challenges
The developments facades provided the greatest challenge with the many angles on the façade causing many challenges to ensure the detail at each intersection was finished to the highest quality.
